At GB Shoes, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward Returns & Exchange process.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, provided that:
- The item is unused and unworn
- The item is in its original packaging
- Tags and labels remain attached
- The item is not damaged by the customer
Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges for:
- Incorrect size received
- Defective products
- Wrong item delivered
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Used products
- Damaged products caused by customer misuse
- Products returned without original packaging
- Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer support team.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Submit photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Follow the return instructions provided by our team.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs.
- For customer preference returns, shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
